I hold a BA in Psychology, Literature and Women’s Studies from Cornell University.

My MSW is from Carleton University where I was a TA for undergraduate Women’s Studies.

I offer private sessions tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I guide people to connect with their inner strengths so they may learn how to appreciate and experience the positive aspects of life while learning the power of resilience.
As a yoga instructor, I have a special interest in body image and self-esteem. I have focused on teaching teens and adults for nearly twenty years. I was interviewed for Yoga Journal on the practice of teaching to youth as well as on CBC’s Metro Morning.
